A Unique Hybrid-Homeschool Model
TLC operates on a hybrid-homeschool model, allowing families to split learning time between home and our school campuses. This model allows students to benefit from personalized, one-on-one instruction at home while engaging in on-site structured, interactive classroom experiences. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with families, ensuring students receive the best education tailored to their needs. All positions are on-site and not virtual to enable full collaboration and connection. We are not a virtual school. Our model focuses on relationships, personalized learning, and making learning innovative and impactful for our students.
The Role of a TLC Educator
Our teachers are more than just classroom instructors—they are Educational Partners. In addition to leading classes, they mentor and support a select group of students on their roster, working closely with both students and parents to develop customized learning plans. This unique role allows teachers to build deep connections with students while empowering parents to actively participate in their child’s education. This collaborative approach empowers families and enhances student success in a way that traditional educational settings often cannot.
