School Site Council Quarterly Virtual Meeting Dates

Purpose

The Learning Choice Academy’s School Site Council (SSC) comprises parents, students, and staff elected by their peers for an annual term. The School Site Council (SSC) will meet quarterly to advise the director and staff on program direction.

According to our charter, the responsibilities of the members shall be to:

• Keep the lines of communication open between parents and staff.
• Keep charter staff apprised of personalized learning trends that are valuable to parents.
• Give parents, students, and staff a forum to express their needs.
• Help parents, students, and staff to understand legal compliance issues.
